Scope of Work:

• Comprehensive Fit-Out: We managed the complete interior finishing of the villa. This included the precise installation of architectural elements, seamless integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services within the structural design, and the application of premium materials to ensure a flawless and luxurious final look across all rooms.
• Custom Gypsum Ceilings: Our craftsmen designed and installed bespoke gypsum ceilings throughout the villa. These featured intricate, multi-level designs and elegant shadow gaps, perfectly engineered to house concealed ambient lighting and modern air conditioning vents, adding depth and grandeur to the living spaces.
• Premium Interior Painting: We applied top-tier, highly durable interior paints using advanced techniques to achieve a perfectly smooth and immaculate finish.
