Scope of Work:

• Interior Painting: Professional painting execution utilizing premium, highly durable materials. The color palettes and application techniques were carefully selected to create a serene, modern atmosphere that aligns perfectly with the identity of a cultural and administrative institution.
• Gypsum Work: Meticulous installation of gypsum false ceilings and partitions. This phase was designed not only to conceal MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) utilities but also to introduce elegant decorative volumes, adding a seamless and sophisticated touch to the interior spaces.
• Ceiling Tiles (60×60): Supply and installation of standard 60×60 cm suspended ceiling tiles. This ceiling system provides a clean, professional, and modern corporate look while allowing quick, practical access to hidden services (such as HVAC, electrical wiring, and fire suppression systems). It also significantly improves the acoustic insulation of the workspaces.
